This program will facilitate creating personal goals as you embark on this get-healthy program customized to you. We will implement several protocols for food substitutions, exercise/movement, stress management, sleep and mindfulness protocols. We will cleanse and perform food sensitivity tests to jump start a new healthy eating program designed just for you. Recipes, support, and accountability all included tailored to your needs.
