My name is Linda and I’ve been dabbling in health protocols since I can remember. After leaving the corporate world 12 years ago (because it was literally killing me), I took my health journey very seriously and have been helping others like you ever since. After learning the ins and out of nutrition, preparing raw foods for cancer patients, and learning from the best of the best functional medicine and naturopathic doctors, I am able to help people just like you by simplifying nutrition and health protocols. I specialize in simplifying proven health strategies for women over 40 to reclaim health and vitality optimizing sleep, energy, and a healthy physique. Living your best life is important to me and I am eager to share protocols that have not only transformed my own life, but have helped countless others.
In this 8-wk program, I take a holistic approach, meaning that I do not simply cover diet. Although a clean diet is super important, there are many other facets to reclaiming your health. You will discover new and exciting information presented in a simple manner so you can tweak your lifestyle for big gains. An added benefit from this program is the interaction of the small group who help one another with their sharing to bring perspective and fresh ideas to your own journey. You will make friends and establish a support system in addition to transforming many areas of your life for lifelong vitality. I hope you will join us.

This program will facilitate creating personal goals as you embark on this get-healthy makeover customized to you. You will implement several food and body protocols for cleansing, food substitutions, and testing food sensitivities to design an eating program just for you. You will also learn the best protocols and set goals toward exercise/movement, stress management, sleep, brain health, environment cleansing, connection, and mindfulness. Recipes, support, and accountability all included tailored to your needs. Looking forward to working with you on a lifelong plan to get healthy in 2019 and beyond.
